booking system, and all training programmes provided by LAOMA (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “LAOMA” / “The Academy” refers to London Academy of Medical Aesthetics and its authorised trainers, staff, and representatives.
  • “Course(s)” refers to any training programme, workshop, online module, webinar, or masterclass offered by LAOMA.
  • “User” / “You” / “Participant” refers to anyone accessing the website, booking a course, or participating in training.

2. Eligibility for Training

2.1  Courses are designed for healthcare professionals, including doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, physician associates, and other medically regulated practitioners.

2.2  Proof of professional qualification and regulatory status (e.g., GMC, GDC, NMC, HCPC, Faculty accreditation) may be required before course attendance.

2.3  LAOMA reserves the right to refuse admission where appropriate professional requirements are not met.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1  All course bookings must be made through our website or authorised booking system.

3.2  Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

3.3  Prices are subject to change at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3.4  Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers may apply at LAOMA’s discretion.

4. Cancellations, Transfers & Refund Policy

4.1 Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the notice period:
    o More than 21 days before the course: 75% refund
    o 7–21 days before: 50% refund
    o Less than 7 days: No refund

4.2 Course Transfers

  • Requests to transfer to another course date may be permitted subject to availability.
  • An administrative fee may apply.

4.3 LAOMA Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Participants will be offered:
    o A place on the next available course or
    o A full refund
  • LAOMA is not liable for travel or accommodation expenses.

5. Course Participation Certification

5.1 Participants are expected to behave professionally and ethically throughout training.

5.2 Certification is awarded only upon full completion of course requirements, including attendance and practical assessments where applicable.
5.3 Completion of training does not guarantee competency; practitioners are responsible for ensuring they practice within their professional scope and legal framework.

6. Medical Legal Responsibility

6.1 LAOMA provides educational guidance but does not provide medical advice to the general public through its training or website.

6.2 All aesthetic procedures must be performed by appropriately qualified and regulated practitioners in accordance with UK law.

6.3 LAOMA accepts no liability for clinical decisions or treatments performed by participants after training.

7. Use of Models During Training

7.1 Some courses include hands-on practice using live models.
7.2 Participants must follow trainer instructions and safety protocols at all times.
7.3 Consent from all models will be obtained before any procedure.
7.4 Participants may be denied hands-on practice if found unsuitable or unsafe.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All course materials, videos, manuals, slides, and website content are the intellectual property of LAOMA.
8.2 You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, record, or share any materials without written permission.
8.3 Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

9. Website Use & Online Learning Access

9.1 Access to online content is granted exclusively to the registered participant.
9.2 Login details must not be shared.
9.3 LAOMA may suspend access if misuse is detected.
9.4 Website content is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

10. GDPR & Data Protection

10.1 LAOMA complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2 Personal data is collected only for training, communication, certification, or legal compliance.
10.3 Your information will never be sold to third parties.
10.4 You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Clinical decisions post-training
